While we like to call them Herbal Infusions, infusions are commonly known as Herbal Tea.
Fruit teas or infusions are distinguished from Herbal Teas or Infusions by the addition of flavourings to herbs and fruits.
DESCRIPTION
When the early evening arrives and it’s time to slow down, unwind and relax. St Johns wort is said to be useful for anxiety disorders, raspberry leaves as relaxants and liquorice root to soothe.
INGREDIENTS
Apple pieces, lemon balm, St Johns wort, raspberry leaves, liquorice root, flavour raspberry fruit granulate (glucose syrup, wheat, sugar, raspberries, sodium alginate) and blue mallow flowers.
TO MAKE
1 heaped teaspoon for 200ml cup
Add freshly boiled water
Steep for 6 – 10 minutes then pour
