Fruit teas are made without the use of any real tea at all, blending various fruits, spices and flavourings. Containing no caffeine or tannin, fruit teas can be drunk at any time of the day. Fruit teas are great as a cordial alternative for adults and children alike. Add gelatin to make jelly or freeze into ice blocks, the possibilities are endless.
Brewing times for fruit teas are generally longer than for other teas, allowing the flavours to fully develop.
