Rosehip Tea 100g / Tea total
While we like to call them Herbal Infusions, infusions are commonly known as Herbal Tea.
Fruit teas or infusions are distinguished from Herbal Teas or Infusions by the addition of flavourings to herbs and fruits.
Did you know Rosehips contain 30 times more vitamin C than an orange? Rosehips are the colourful, edibible fruits of rose plants. The fruit forms directly below the blossoms, which ripen in Autumn, after the blossoms have died. Often the fruits are unseen as blossoms are trimmed from the plant as they die. Being from the same family, rosehips and crabapples share a similar taste. Rosehip tea is reddish orange in colour with a tangy taste that many find sharp or bitter although the addition of honey or sweetner makes all the difference.
